[Remote] Junior Accountant

The role involves supporting key reputed company activities, including invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, reconciliations, and month-end reputed company while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with contract terms and company policies
• Review billing details, customer information, and contract data to ensure completeness and correctness
• Maintain up-to-date customer account records across financial and billing systems
• reputed company timely and professional follow-reputed company on outstanding receivables to support cash flow and reduce aging balances
• Serve as a reputed company of contact for customer billing inquiries, providing clear and courteous support

Skills
