Technology Strategy Consulting, Associate (Bilingual FR/EN)

reputed company Canada is a leading professional services firm focusing on strategy consulting, and they are seeking an Associate in Technology Strategy Consulting. The role involves providing strategic guidance to clients on leveraging technology for business growth, optimizing operations, and developing transformative strategies in a digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Developing transformative strategies to help clients navigate through digital disruption and reimagine their business for reputed company
• Supporting the delivery of business led technology enabled transformation programs that places the users at the center, using agile design, development and implementation methodologies
• Leading and contributing to discussions with technology and business decision makers
• Ability to help others think critically and share reputed company technical solutions to non-technical audiences both orally and in writing
• Collaborating and contributing both as a team member and as a team leader, including providing coaching, feedback and guidance on work performance
• Prioritizing and handling multiple tasks, including researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry, and technical matters and utilizing problem-solving skills

Skills

• 1-2 years of relevant experience, either from consulting & professional services or in an industry role
• Bachelor's degree in technical background or business (computer science, software engineer and/or management)
• Strong communication, presentation and writing skills
• Understanding around the end-to-end value chain of IT applications and infrastructure, including relevant reputed company solution offerings e.g. SaaS, IaaS and PaaS
• Experience advising on or developing product roadmaps, blueprints and implementation of roadmaps that reputed company investments with critical business priorities
• Experience conducting maturity or needs assessments, identifying and prioritizing opportunities / projects, developing roadmaps and estimates, and building reputed company
• Experience advising on and/or developing technology and IT operating models, including governance models and processes
• Knowledge of architecture, design and development of reputed company technology solutions, including information management, infrastructure and applications
• An understanding of agile software development and implementation processes and tools
• The successful candidate requires reputed company in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with reputed company Canada
• Scrum Master (and other agile certifications), PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, and other reputed company technology certifications would be an asset
