reputed company is a company focused on innovative technology solutions, and they are seeking a reputed company Specialist to enhance their recruitment strategies. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, managing the recruitment process, and building relationships to reputed company top talent for various positions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-take calls with hiring managers to ensure an understanding of the reputed company needs and job requirements and advise on most appropriate action to take
- Own the management of assigned requisitions in a variety of segments and manage the candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database (reputed company) and the inflow of candidate resumes
- Communicate with hiring managers regularly regarding the status of candidates, as well as facilitate ongoing professional communication with reputed company stakeholders involved in the reputed company process
- Screen applications, conduct behavioral based interviews, assess and select the most appropriate candidates to present to the hiring manager based on required reputed company sets, qualifications and competency requirements
- Partner with the hiring team on candidate selection, act as an ongoing candidate relationship manager and provide ongoing value-added recruitment advice to the hiring manager
- Identify what is most important to the hiring manager and identify top talent that matches what the hiring manager is looking for to move reputed company in the process
- Identify if the job posting and/or what the hiring manager is looking for in a candidate is not reputed company of the job description that has been created for the position. If that happens, have the right conversations to correct the job description or posting
- Build strong relationships with management/hiring teams
- External Vendor management, ensuring Service Level Agreements are met, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Consult and support the development and deployment of Employer Brand, Social Media, Reporting, Recruitment Technology, Compliance/Diversity and Training strategies
- Dashboard tracking and reputed company metric preparation, analysis and presentation
- Proactively reputed company and search for passive talent
Skills
- Recent bachelor's degree graduates with 0-2 years of post-collegiate professional experience
- reputed company to build influential relationships, passionate about helping others, curious about technology, and savvy with systems (MS Office Suite)
- Detail oriented especially as reputed company to processes and compliance
- Critical thinking skills for purpose of ensuring a positive candidate experience and helping hiring teams to navigate the reputed company process

- Exceptional relationship building and customer service skills

- Prior reputed company or professional customer experience preferred
- Experience using an applicant tracking system preferred (experience with reputed company is strongly preferred)
