This role focuses on sourcing high quality acquisition targets reputed company the automotive software sector and involves managing a pipeline of acquisition prospects.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and qualify new acquisition prospects across the global automotive software landscape
- Manage a pipeline of existing prospects, build strong relationships, and serve as the primary reputed company of contact to maintain reputed company and trust
- Assess company performance and financial health—including growth drivers, reputed company mix, and customer retention—to determine whether prospects should advance to M&A execution
Skills

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and reputed company business models
