Marketing Specialist
MJH Life Sciences is committed to the success of its employees and is looking for a Marketing Specialist who combines creativity with analytical skills. This role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns targeted at healthcare professionals, utilizing AI tools for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated HCP marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, and event channels, owning timelines, assets, and performance from start to finish
- Use AI tools to accelerate audience research, copy development, competitive analysis, and campaign optimization, improving output quality and speed across all areas of the role
- Conduct audience and market research across both B2B and B2C dynamics, applying insights to sharpen targeting, messaging, and campaign relevance
- Write campaign copy and content across multiple formats, using AI to iterate faster and test messaging variations more efficiently
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across campaigns, creatives, and messaging, with a disciplined approach to learning and a bias toward acting on what the data shows
- Monitor competitive positioning and messaging, synthesizing intelligence into actionable insights that inform strategy and differentiation
- Develop and maintain sales enablement content including presentations, messaging guides, and supporting materials that arm commercial teams with differentiated value narratives
- Build and refine audience segmentation strategies to continuously improve campaign targeting and engagement
- Analyze performance data, using AI-assisted analysis where appropriate, and deliver clear optimization recommendations that drive measurable improvement

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data to insight and insight to action
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms
- Candidates should be prepared to discuss how they are currently using AI in their work. This includes: Specific tools currently in use, Tasks where AI is regularly applied, Measurable impact such as time saved, improved quality, or increased output, Bonus: examples of prompts, workflows, or systems developed to improve marketing performance
- Knowledge of HCP audiences or healthcare and life sciences marketing strongly preferred
