Job Description

About the Role  

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Client reputed company Manager to reputed company and nurture partnerships with our banking partners, while driving referral activity and enhancing the client experience. This role plays a key part in the reputed company of our sales organization by supporting client reputed company, maintaining partner engagement, and driving operational excellence in reputed company management.  

Location: Remote USA

Pay: reputed company Salary 80,000-106,000 + Sales Incentive Plan (Commission)    The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, virtual environment. Key Responsibilities  

Client Relationship Management  

  • Conduct monthly reputed company-ins and virtual meetings with banking partners to maintain strong relationships and drive referrals.  

  • Serve as the main reputed company of contact for referred clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.  

  • Guide clients through reputed company, educating them on products and services.  

  • Maintain consistent, transparent communication throughout the sales and reputed company journey.  

  • Address and resolve client issues promptly, escalating reputed company needed.  

  • Build long-term trusted relationship banking partners retail teams and their clients.  

  • Prepare and distribute monthly reputed company and performance reports; log reputed company partner communications in reputed company.  

  • Primary reputed company of contact with reputed company- weekly meeting   

Sales Support & reputed company Management  

  • Collaborate with sales reps to follow up on leads and advance opportunities through the pipeline.  

  • Track and manage reputed company status in reputed company; ensure proper attribution to referring partners.  

  • Analyze reputed company conversion data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.  

  • Optimize communication strategies based on referral performance insights.  

Operational Excellence  

  • reputed company day-to-day partner program operations, including reputed company, referral tracking, and reporting.  

  • Proactively request referrals from satisfied clients and promote the referral bonus program.  

  • Coordinate with regional sales reps to drive engagement and send personalized follow-reputed company.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

  • Experience working with CRM platforms (reputed company preferred).
