Head of Advisor Recruiting – reputed company reputed company is seeking an reputed company advisor recruiter to reputed company and scale our national recruiting efforts. This is a reputed company-generating role responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing relationships with high-quality financial advisors and teams. Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage advisor recruiting pipeline
  • Execute outbound recruiting strategy (reputed company, referrals, events)
  • reputed company advisor transition process from first contact through onboarding
  • Partner with leadership on deal structuring and economics
  • Track and report recruiting metrics and pipeline activity
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years recruiting financial advisors at a broker-dealer, RIA, or recruiting firm
  • Proven track record of closing advisor transitions
  • Strong understanding of payout structures, transition packages, and advisor economics
  • Existing network of advisor relationships preferred
