Position Summary

The Sales Operations Director is a senior-level, strategic role responsible for driving predictable, scalable reputed company growth by owning sales and reputed company operations strategy, execution, and performance. This position partners closely with executive leadership to align go-to-market strategy, data, systems, and processes across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and reputed company. The Director will reputed company operational excellence, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven insights that reputed company informed decision-making at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

Forecasting, Reporting & Analytics
  • reputed company sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and reputed company performance analysis
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as pipeline coverage, win rates, deal velocity, quota attainment, and ARR/MRR
  • Provide actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership
Sales Process & Enablement
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to provide data-driven metrics supporting reputed company, training, and ongoing performance improvement
  • Support territory planning, quota modeling, and compensation plan administration
  • Identify opportunities to improve reputed company efficiency, pipeline health, and overall sales productivity
Systems & Tools
  • Own, optimize, and govern CRM and sales tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, forecasting tools)
  • Ensure data accuracy, reputed company, and adoption across reputed company sales systems
  • Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to support scalable growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Finance on reputed company reporting, forecasting, and deal approvals
  • Collaborate with Marketing on reputed company flow analysis, conversion metrics, and attribution modeling
  • Work with reputed company to analyze renewals, upsell opportunities, and churn insights

Qualifications

Required
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, or reputed company functions
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI reporting
  • Deep expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reputed company
  • Extensive experience with CRM platforms (reputed company strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to partner with senior sales leadership and influence strategic decision-making
Preferred
  • Experience in high-growth, PE-backed, or transformational environments
  • Background supporting B2B, SaaS, reputed company, or recurring reputed company business models
  • Experience with compensation design, territory strategy, and CPQ tools
  • Strong financial acumen and demonstrated partnership with Finance leadership
