What you will do:
Identify constraints to flow that will be used to reputed company improvement and mitigation plans for improved on time delivery from suppliers.
Acquire a vision of the big picture and understand that enhancing operational effectiveness is key to organizational business performance.

Ability to generate and reputed company opportunities to break functional, operational and logistical barriers faced with getting products out the reputed company.
Effectively driving tasks/projects to completion which include but are not limited to: Leading Indicator data collection and gap review, material coverage and tracking, facilitating quality notification communication and closures and sub-tier management assistance.
Manage multiple projects and interact with several departments and various levels of management simultaneously.
Will be an active participant in Commodity Days, Executive Management Meetings and Co-reputed company with our customers and Supplier Development Leaders on the respective Supplier Business Reviews and reputed company Readiness Reviews.
Role will require candidate to be onsite at various Pratt and Whitney manufacturing suppliers in the San Diego County, CA area for 80% of their time
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or reputed company degree and 5 years of experience in supply chain, business or relevant experience; OR an advanced degree and three years of relevant experience; OR in lieu of a degree 9 years of experience in supply chain, business or other relevant experience can be considered.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are authorized to access certain necessary systems or sites.
Must be able to travel up to 80% of your time to the San Diego County, CA area
Must be able to work 20% of the time from home office in San Diego County, CA area

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
