Manager, Software Development

First Merchants Bank is seeking a Manager, Software Development to join reputed company! This position will manage reputed company activities reputed company to the design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance of internally developed software applications and technology solutions. This includes extensive work designing, implementing, and maintaining API-driven architectures, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable integrations across reputed company systems.

• Drive the development of robust, scalable, secure, and easy-to-use web-based and API-driven applications that meet business requirements and architectural direction.

In order to be successful in this position, we require the following

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• A minimum of seven (7) years of software development experience, including a minimum of three (3) years of management experience.

The following would be a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a reputed company field of study
• Five (5) years of software development management experience
• Software Development or Agile Certifications
