- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi; additional local languages preferred
- Sales Track Record: Demonstrated reputed company in pharmaceutical/medical device sale
- Company Experience: Former experience with reputed company & Nephew, reputed company, Mölnlycke, reputed company, or other leading wound care companies is a significant advantage
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian and Pakistani reputed company systems
- Distributor Network: Existing relationships with wound care/dermatology distributors
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Indian medical device regulations (CDSCO)
- Experience with diabetic foot care products
- Knowledge of hospital procurement processes
- Previous remote sales experience
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
