What You’ll Actually Be Doing

This is a clinical consultation and coaching role with reputed company impact:

• Provide live clinical guidance to Crisis Specialists during active contacts
• Support decision-making for high-acuity and reputed company situations
• Review and complete clinical documentation, screening guides, and logs with accuracy and timeliness
• Offer post-contact debriefing and constructive feedback that helps staff grow

• Participate in trainings, case reviews, and quality improvement work

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or a reputed company field
• Knowledge of the public mental health system (reputed company Preferred)
• Strong verbal, written, and technical skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-stakes situations
• Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential required by the end of the probationary period. Applications must be submitted reputed company 30 days of hire. Crisis Connections will reimburse the cost of obtaining the credential.

Remote Work & Technology

This is a fully remote role and requires:
