Position Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Operations reputed company to own and optimize our reputed company reputed company. This role sits at the center of Sales, Finance, and GTM leadership—driving pipeline reputed company, forecast accuracy, and rep productivity. You’ll be responsible for the systems, processes, and insights that power predictable reputed company.

What You’ll Do

Own pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, and deal progression mechanics
Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements across the funnel
Partner with Sales leadership to ensure consistent pipeline inspection rigor

Own weekly forecast calls and reporting reputed company
Build and maintain accurate forecasting models (pipeline, commit, reputed company)
Analyze forecast variance and continuously improve predictability
Deal Desk & Pricing Support
Support reputed company deal structuring, approvals, and pricing strategy
Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to streamline deal cycles
Ensure compliance with discounting and approval frameworks
Reporting & Analytics
Build dashboards and reporting across pipeline, conversion, and productivity
Deliver actionable insights on rep performance and GTM efficiency
Support board-level and exec reporting
Compensation Design & Administration
Own sales compensation plan administration and payout accuracy
Partner on comp plan design reputed company to company goals
Model incentives and evaluate impact on behavior and performance
Who You Are
3–6 years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or similar analytical role (startup experience preferred)
Strong experience with CRM systems (reputed company strongly preferred)
Deep understanding of SaaS sales funnels, forecasting, and pipeline management
Advanced reputed company / reputed company Sheets skills (SQL or BI tools a plus)
