About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Phone & Chat Specialist to join reputed company. As a Phone & Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing large amounts of inbound or outbound calls in a timely manner
• Managing multiple chat channels at one time
• Following communication "scripts" reputed company handling different topics
• Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
• Accessing company and client resources provided to accurately handle the call
• Performing Data Entry and Customer Service skills
• Being reputed company to navigate online reputed company
• Working requests/records received for those requesting to sign up for a shift
• Identifying customers' needs, researching to see if request has credentials needed

Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Phone & Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be compensated with:

• Starting pay - $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
• Work hours - Shifts between 7:00am-7:00pm (CST) Work Days - Mon-Fri and rotating weekends
• reputed company - 3 weeks in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST)
• Status - Full Time 40 hours
• Equipment Provided Option - Equipment will be shipped to you for full-time permanent employees
• Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN reputed company.) Company will provide equipment
