Role Overview

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you will be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

Requirements

* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills
  • Strong ability to multitask is preferred, gaming experience is helpful
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
