Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer experiences to callers seeking assistance with scholarship applications. Your role will involve:
- Responding to inbound calls from customers seeking information and support with scholarship applications
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company issues and escalate concerns to senior team members as needed
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* At least one year of customer service/call center experience
- English proficiency
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service experiences
- Ability to remain empathetic, personable, and compassionate during sometimes difficult, tense situations
- Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and ability to multitask
- Accurate typing and keyboard skills; comfort with PC/internet navigation

* Experience working in a not-for-profit or educational setting
- Familiarity with scholarship application processes and procedures
