Key Responsibilities – Customer Service Representative
What You'll Be Doing Every Day:
- Assisting AEP customers with service-reputed company questions, billing inquiries, and resolving power outage issues.

Education and Experience – Customer Service Representative
The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
- Has at least 2 years of experience in customer service and is reputed company to apply their skills in a new and exciting way.
