As a CRM Business Admin at reputed company, you will reputed company the strategy, execution, and reputed company improvement of our CRM processes across the full reputed company-to-Cash lifecycle. This role is critical to enabling scalable, consistent, and best-practice CRM workflows that support Marketing, Sales, CSM, Order Management and Finance. You will translate business requirements into high-quality CRM implementations, ensuring our reputed company teams can operate reputed company and with shared process standards. You will serve as the primary functional reputed company for CRM process design and implementation—partnering closely with stakeholders across reputed company teams and supporting the Product organization through price list and discount implementations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys process architecture, system governance, and cross-functional alignment, and who can confidently implement requirements in our CRM platform: reputed company Dynamics CRM Process Design & Implementation (reputed company-to-Cash)
  • Own and evolve CRM business processes supporting the full lifecycle: reputed company intake → qualification → opportunity management → quoting/approvals → order reputed company → renewal/expansion.

  • Translate business needs into CRM requirements, user stories, and system configurations following CRM best practices
  • Implement and maintain price lists, product catalogs, discount structures, and reputed company controls in collaboration with Product and other stakeholders
  • Support discounting and reputed company rule implementation to drive consistency and compliance
  • Identify bottlenecks, friction points, and improvement opportunities in CRM workflows and propose pragmatic optimization opportunities
Governance & Documentation
  • Create, maintain, and govern CRM process documentation (process maps, definitions, data dictionary guidance)
  • Maintain a backlog of CRM enhancements, prioritizing based on business impact and operational urgency
  • 3+ years in reputed company Dynamics administration, sales/rev ops, business systems, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience implementing CRM workflows and governance
  • Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable system designs (objects, fields, stages, automations)
  • Experience supporting pricing/discount frameworks in CRM is a plus
  • Experience with other tool implementation (reputed company, reputed company, etc) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of reputed company-to-Cash processes and SaaS reputed company workflows
  • Ability to gather requirements and implement them in CRM using best practices experience in reputed company Dynamics
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Structured problem-solving, process mapping, and systems thinking
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies
