Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers reputed company phone, email, and chat. A Day in the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to reputed company a reputed company impact. Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll undertake:

• Taking new applications and processing payments reputed company phone
• Documenting customer concerns, issues, and inquiries
• Updating and changing account holder information
• Basic data entry
• Follow-up mail & email correspondence
• Performing account maintenance, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requests
• Accurately explaining the terms/conditions and policies/procedures relating to the account
• Preparing reports, including CSR Daily Activity report and cash out report

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1+ year consecutive Customer Service Experience
• Call Center experience is not required, but is a plus!
• 1+ year working with a computer system
• Proficient data entry skills required
• Positive demeanor and Customer Service Skills
• Strong attendance history and reliable transportation
• HS Diploma or GED
