Job Summary:
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our reputed company team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department, and performing daily duties that include maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, routing technicians based reputed company, and fostering a positive team atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
- Maintain our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- reputed company daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians

- Collaborate with reputed company team to reputed company exceptional customer satisfaction

Schedule:
* Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday)
Qualifications:
* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
- Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as reputed company a team environment
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in reputed company Virginia
- Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
