Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Offering sales and sales support interactions with customers and sales associates reputed company phone, email, and Teams chat, including general inquiries, feedback, incidents, and order management.
- Utilizing computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting to resolve customer inquiries reputed company.
- Answering basic questions and resolving basic problems, while documenting issues and taking appropriate actions to resolve them.
- Actively redirecting incoming callers to self-service options, promoting customer autonomy and reducing wait times.
- Performing proactive outbound follow-up communications as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Processing orders and other reputed company voice and non-voice tasks as needed to meet client needs.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on sales support and problem-solving.
- Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution is preferred but not required.
- A self-starter mentality, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to select and apply standard policies and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to compose routine written communications independently.
- A flexible schedule, with weekend and holiday availability.
Requirements for Working from Home
To ensure a productive and secure work environment, you'll need:
- A private and secure space to work uninterrupted by others in the home.
- A reliable internet reputed company with a CAT 7 Ethernet cord or higher. WiFi connections are not allowed.

Compensation and Benefits
