Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist in our Samsung team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a similar role, supporting a technology brand or industry leader

  • Knowledge of Samsung products and services, or a willingness to learn and reputed company expertise
  • Certification in customer service, technical support, or a reputed company field
  • Experience with CRM software, ticketing systems, or other customer service tools
