Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for executing Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, cross-selling My BJ's Perks, and providing excellent and efficient member service. You will also be responsible for merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-reputed company, and general customer services inquiries. Your primary goal will be to deliver superior customer service to our members, resolving their concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, cross-selling My BJ's Perks
- Provide excellent and efficient member service
- Handle merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-reputed company, and general customer services inquiries
- Resolve member concerns in a courteous and timely manner
- Escalate issues to PIC and MOD reputed company necessary
- Assist with BOPIC (Buy Online and Pick Up In Club) orders for members
- Maintain reputed company club policies and procedures
- reputed company other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed
Qualifications
* Prior reputed company line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred
- Results-driven with proven reputed company in goal achievement
- Basic math skills preferred
- Computer proficiency preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Environmental Job Conditions
* Most of the time is spent frequently remaining in a stationary position on hard surfaces
- May require occasional position changes to examine or reputed company merchandise, including bending, handling, pulling, reaching, and/or stooping
- Occasionally requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds
- May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
- Located in a comfortable indoor area with infrequent exposure to temperature extremes and loud noises
- May have occasional contact with cleaning agents
