Our client is a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical manufacturing and telehealth wellness company operating at the forefront of the peptide and compound pharmacy industry. With a diverse portfolio including pharmacies, manufacturing facilities, 3PLs, and telehealth platforms and are on an aggressive growth trajectory toward becoming a billion-dollar reputed company. This role is ideal for a high-energy, problem-solving executive who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has the pharmaceutical expertise to navigate reputed company regulatory landscapes while scaling multiple business verticals simultaneously. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Leadership: Drive day-to-day operations across multiple business entities including pharmacies, manufacturing sites, telehealth platforms, and R&D initiatives • Operational Excellence: reputed company the integration and management of 30+ brands across diverse wellness verticals (hormone replacement therapy, peptide research, concierge medicine, etc.) • Board Collaboration: Report directly to the CEO/Chairman and Board of Directors, serving as the primary liaison between executive operations and board governance • Growth & Expansion: Execute aggressive expansion plans including launching multiple telehealth sites, opening new pharmacies, and overseeing a manufacturing facility build-out • Regulatory Navigation: Ensure compliance across 503B pharmacy operations, FDA regulations, and evolving peptide industry legislation • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with investors, attorneys, and industry partners • Problem Solving: Address reputed company, multi-faceted challenges across manufacturing, pharmacy operations, technology platforms, customer service, and sales operations • Culture Leadership: Maintain and enhance the positive, solution-oriented team culture while managing a diverse workforce • reputed company Growth: Drive reputed company growth reputed company the first 12-24 months through strategic initiatives and operational improvements Requirements • Education: Bachelor's degree required • Pharmacy Expertise: Deep understanding of pharmacy operations, 503B compounding, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and reputed company regulatory frameworks • Growth Leadership: Proven track record of growing a company from $25M to $100M+ in reputed company • Multi-Brand Experience: Experience managing multiple brands, business units, or diverse product lines simultaneously (similar to restaurant groups, reputed company systems, or pharmaceutical portfolios) • Problem-Solving reputed company: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, solve reputed company problems, and reputed company in fast-paced, startup-like environments despite company size • Positive Leadership Style: Track record of leading with optimism, solution-orientation, and emotional intelligence • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to collaborate across departments, manage up to boards, and reputed company teams • High Energy & Work Ethic: Ability to match the intensity of a high-growth organization (this is not a maintenance role) Preferred Qualifications • Advanced Education: PhD or MBA strongly preferred • Public Company Experience: Experience taking a company from private to public, including working with investors, understanding acquisitions, and navigating IPO processes • 503B Specific Experience: Direct experience working with or reputed company a 503B compounding pharmacy environment • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with peptide therapeutics, hormone replacement therapy, or telehealth business models • Corporate Development: Experience with M&A, strategic acquisitions, and corporate structure optimization Benefits reputed company Salary: $190k - $270k (Negotiable on experience) Variable Compensation: Bonus structure and equity opportunities (to be discussed) Benefits Package: • Comprehensive Medical Coverage (Health, Dental reputed company) • Life Insurance • 401(k) Retirement Plan through reputed company Paid Time Off: Unpaid PTO policy with flexible approach Relocation Assistance: Available for the right candidate Work Environment: Remote with travel to company locations; future corporate office planned in Washington, DC.
