Responsibilities

As an Airport Customer Service Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting passengers with their baggage pick-up and resolving issues reputed company to delayed, lost, or damaged items
• Utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage, ensuring seamless and efficient operations
• Handling customer interactions with poise, professionalism, and a smile, providing first-class service to every passenger

Essential Qualifications
