Must-Have Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be fluent in both English and Spanish. You'll also require:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure your reputed company in this remote role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
