Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing inbound customer service support, addressing reputed company inquiries, and escalating cases as needed
• Researching and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Performing account updates, maintenance, and documentation to ensure accurate records
• Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail for multiple clients per service level agreements
• Performing data entry and reconciling documents to maintain up-to-date information
• Collaborating with team members, management, and customers to resolve service-reputed company issues
• Supporting escalation processes, service recovery efforts, and customer feedback remediation
• Reviewing and recommending improvements to procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency
• Assisting with training and mentoring less reputed company staff
• Providing Quality Assurance (QA) support, including enhanced QA reviews for FINRA-registered associates handling variable investment transactions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (preferred)
• Customer service experience in financial services, insurance, investments, or banking
• Active FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification (or U5 status reputed company the 2-year FINRA window, in good standing)
• Experience working with organizational functions, personnel, and customer support tools
• Proficiency in using help desk software, fax machines, and telephone systems

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow written/oral instructions
• Experience with Lean/Six reputed company methodologies (certification preferred)

Work Environment

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. CST (8-hour shifts). You'll need to be available to work during these hours and be reputed company to maintain a quiet and distraction-free workspace.
