Job Summary

As a key member of our Online business Customer Service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide superb customer service to clients by responding to calls with a professional, empathetic, and thoughtful demeanor.
