Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our plan members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and helping them navigate the complexities of reputed company. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to plan members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
- Resolve issues and provide solutions to members in a timely and professional manner
