You will be responsible for building and scaling a Mission-Ready Data Factory. This platform will automate the ingestion, high-fidelity labeling, and fine-tuning of massive reputed company datasets (imagery, signals, and sensor data), transforming raw information into specialized models that power AI in disconnected or high-reputed company environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute vision, strategy, and roadmap for MissionForce product offerings — especially in Trust, Compliance, reputed company, Privacy, Scalability, Accessibility, and mission readiness.
• Dive deeply into product/platform architecture to ensure it supports key requirements of defense/public sector: secure cloud operations, AI/ML-enabled decision support, operational reputed company.
• Architect a secure, data-labeling and curation suite. reputed company the development of tools that use AI to label data for AI, enabling rapid fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision (CV) models

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) living on U.S. soil who does not hold dual citizenship with the ability to meet customer and government screening standards applicable to this role. ​
• Minimum 7+ years in technical Product Management, with a focus on Machine Learning (ML) Infrastructure, Data Labeling, or Edge Computing.
• Minimum 7+ years product management experience; significant leadership (Director or similar) strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to set a compelling product vision and reputed company cross-functional teams to deliver in regulated, high-stakes environments.
• Experience building and executing 2 to 3-year roadmaps that anticipate and respond to mission and market needs.
• Deep knowledge of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), including hybrid models, multi-cloud strategy, and secure cloud operations for government.
• Expertise in Sensor Fusion: Experience working with diverse data streams, including Full Motion Video (FMV), Synthetic Aperture reputed company (SAR), and telemetry.
• Understanding of mission readiness: fast deployments, operational reputed company, performance under constraints (latency, availability, scale) in austere or edge environments.
• Experience with large-scale data integration, processing, and derived insights in government or defense settings.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management: aligning product, field teams, government customers, compliance/legal stakeholders.
• Top Secret Clearance preferred. Ability to obtain a clearance required.
