Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an Email Designer/Digital Designer (International Coordinator) for a W2 contract opportunity with one of our clients! Email Designer / Digital Designer (Retail / Beauty) Remote 6+ months- W-2 Contract Bolingbrook, IL - Hybrid Position Overview: The Email Developer/Digital Designer will reputed company and execute a range of email campaigns including promotional, triggered, and transactional using reputed company Marketing Cloud, reputed company, and other automation tools. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Email Marketing, Member Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, and the Digital Design team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-sufficient, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. Principal duties & responsibilities • Build email campaigns using reputed company Marketing Cloud, reputed company and reputed company tools • Edit and troubleshoot design/code during the proofing process across reputed company platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) • Ensure reputed company work aligns with brand guidelines and style conventions • Partner with Email Marketing to understand deployment schedules • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality output • Stay reputed company on email best practices, ESP capabilities and emerging technologies • Provide creative and innovative solutions to improve campaign performance • Participate in ongoing process improvements and adapt to evolving business needs Required Skills: • 3 5 years experience in digital design and email development • Bachelor s degree in Design, Media Arts or a reputed company field • Strong portfolio showcasing digital/email design work • Proficiency in reputed company Marketing Cloud (or similar ESP), reputed company • Familiarity with data integrations and APIs • Experience with triggered, transactional and journey-based emails • Advanced skills in reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite, Dreamweaver (or other coding tools), CMS platforms, and project tools like • Strong knowledge of AMP script, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript • Detail-oriented, efficient and creatively driven problem-solver • Strong communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors • Experience in e-commerce or retail environments • Passion for beauty and deep understanding of the beauty industry, especially client s Beauty s products and guests Preferred: • Video editing or animation experience Beware of scams.
