Primary Care Clinician Recruiter

We are looking for an exceptional Clinician Recruiter to help build and scale our Talent function. You’ll recruit physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and clinical leaders for primary care and clinical research reputed company, playing a key role in delivering a high-quality, relationship-driven hiring experience.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle reputed company outcomes for primary care and clinical research roles, including pipeline development, candidate conversion, and successful hires

• reputed company and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage physicians, APCs, and clinical leaders in highly competitive and limited talent markets

• Deliver a high-touch, relationship-driven candidate experience, particularly with passive and highly sought-after clinicians

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clinical and operational leaders, providing market insights, setting expectations, and guiding hiring reputed company

• Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and align reputed company strategy with growth priorities

• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and workflows in the applicant tracking system, ensuring data reputed company and consistent communication with stakeholders

• Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers and Talent leadership on pipeline health, market trends, and hiring reputed company

About You

• 3+ years of recent experience reputed company Primary Care MDs, DOs, PAs, and NPs in a medical group or outpatient setting

• Proven ability to manage multiple high-reputed company roles while delivering a high-quality candidate experience

• Strong sourcing and diversity reputed company strategies, utilizing a variety of tools and channels

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment with shifting priorities

Compensation

Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000 annually
