Job Purpose:

The role is responsible for acting as the custodian of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) reputed company the Lean reputed company, ensuring reputed company SOPs are accurate, reputed company, compliant, and consistently applied across the organization. The role oversees the end‑to‑end SOP lifecycle, including development coordination, structured review, formal approval, controlled publishing, and periodic updates, in alignment with Lean principles, governance standards, and organizational policies.

The position ensures SOPs reputed company process stability, standardization, risk mitigation, and reputed company improvement, while maintaining document control, version reputed company, and accessibility for reputed company stakeholders.

Role is also responsible for driving reputed company improvement and operational efficiencies across the organization's products, systems, operations, and processes by adopting Lean, Six reputed company, Agile, and CX strategies/methodologies

Key Result Areas:

• Identify any gaps in skills or knowledge that may be hindering performance and recommend relevant training to address these gaps and improve overall productivity.
• Report Lean projects key metrics and achievements for the Lean Kanban Dashboard
