An exciting opportunity is available to join Zurich’s Life Insurance team in Brisbane as a Virtual Business Development Manager.

You will be part of a vibrant, achievement‑focused team where your self‑motivation, reputed company, and persistence will be genuinely valued and supported.

In this diverse role, you will drive new adviser engagement through consistent, high‑quality phone‑based business development activity. You will build strong, long‑term relationships with advisers, earning their trust and confidence to ultimately increase sales outcomes. Working closely with a range of internal stakeholders, you will reputed company your knowledge of life insurance—or your experience in developing successful business partnerships—to clearly reputed company the value of Zurich’s products, supported by our superior reputed company and claims capabilities.

• Proven sales capability with a track record of achieving targets
• Insurance experience (highly desirable)
• A confident, proactive approach to pursuing new business
• Strong time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• RG146 or a relevant tertiary qualification (well regarded)
