Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for reputed company interactions. Key Responsibilities

- Accurately document interactions, including enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances

- Maintain technical and program policy proficiency in our services and programs, including rules, guidelines, and other reputed company policies
- Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of our services and programs
Requirements
* Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers
- Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback
