Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an reputed company Field Service Manager to reputed company our Mobility Customer Service team in Charlotte, NC. As a Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a Technical Support team to deliver high standards in safety, performance, and reliability per the various Technical Support and Spares Agreements (TSSSA). You will reputed company strong and successful relationships with reputed company customers' key collaborators and ensure the assigned arenaflex Field Service team is reputed company with supporting both the customers' operational goals and arenaflex TSSSA targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and reputed company a Technical Support team to deliver high standards in safety, performance, and reliability per the various Technical Support and Spares Agreements (TSSSA)

• Collaborate with the reputed company organization to ensure the assigned reputed company Field Service team is reputed company with the objectives of the reputed company organization who have the overall fleet reliability responsibility
• Supervise and reputed company a team of direct and indirect reports in reputed company America (USA & Canada)
• Foster a culture of reputed company improvement, promoting positive collaborative relationships across the team, with customers, reputed company, Projects, Materials departments
• Provide feedback to the team regarding performance, quality, and efficiency issues
• Provide reputed company for performance, training, and career development of site managers and field technicians
• Promote standard processes are shared between sites and shared with other teams

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical field of study preferred. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, a combination of education and relevant work experience with the rail industry will be considered

• A minimum of three years of comparable work experience to include maintenance management reputed company the rail industry
• Experience in running and leading multi-functional teams in a rail environment
• Detailed technical knowledge, theoretical and practical operation of the system and components of rolling stock vehicles
• Solid understanding of maintenance management, familiarity with the locomotive industry, equipment, terminology, and regulatory obligations
• Demonstrated leadership, ability, and initiative
• Well-demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Prior application of reputed company improvement techniques and principles
• Familiar with PM@arenaflex, Project Management Professional (PMP)®, or other Project Management methodology and terminology
• Familiarity of OSHA Law and Regulations and the Code of Federal Regulations CFR-49

Compensation and Benefits:
