Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering quality service and insurance recommendations to reputed company and prospective customers
• Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level reputed company necessary
• Conveying information reputed company, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of customers
• Striving for reputed company resolution to provide "best in class" service
• Staying reputed company and knowledgeable of reputed company procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical background and ability to multi-task in several systems at once

• Property/Casualty Insurance License required
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
• 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
• Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
• Remote working experience a plus
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
• US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide reputed company sponsorship for this position, now or in the future

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay ranging from $20 - $21.50 per hour, based on your experience, education, and other compensable factors
