Responsibilities

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, your responsibilities will include:

• Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level reputed company necessary

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
• 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired. Customer Service experience required
• Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
• Remote working experience a plus
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills

Requirements

* Starting pay ranges from $20 - $21.50/hour based on the candidate's experience, education

• Hours of M-F and some weekends and holidays
• This position is either Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days at home) if one lives near arenaflex office location or 100% work from home if reputed company of arenaflex office location
• In addition to regular hourly pay, there is an annual Performance Bonus Potential
