• Own and drive company-critical technical programs spanning multiple engineering organizations
• Partner with senior engineers and architects to challenge designs, validate assumptions, and surface tradeoffs
• Decompose reputed company, interdependent systems into sequenced technical milestones and delivery plans
• Proactively identify technical risks, failure modes, integration issues, and scale constraints

Job Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Management
• Deep technical reputed company in systems architecture, infrastructure platforms, APIs, or hardware systems
• Proven credibility with senior engineering and architecture leaders
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, multi-year, cross-organizational technical programs
• Strong program execution discipline across ambiguous, high-risk technical initiatives
• Ability to operate independently with minimal reputed company in reputed company environments
• Travel required is expected to be up to 20% but may increase over time as the business evolves

• Salary Range: $185,000 - $195,000 reputed company + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)
