In this role We have a great opportunity to reputed company more pelvic health patients by offering a virtual only solution to improve access to in-network care for patients. We are looking for physical therapists to treat pelvic health clients in a remote setting. Virtual pelvic health physical therapy sessions can be conducted from the comfort of your own home or private treatment space. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, assess reputed company and provide plan of care and exercise prescription for your patient caseload
- Provide evidence based, high quality care and guide patients to self-management and successful graduation from care in a value based model
- Document reputed company treatments and clinical outcome measures in our EMR to routinely assess reputed company
- Create a world-class patient experience, communicating reputed company chat and phone with patients and/or providers as needed

Requirements:

- Pelvic Health Level 1 certification
- Completed state regulated CEU requirement in Virginia
- Commit to a minimum of 4 visits/week
- Demonstrated excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excited to build and deliver a new model for achieving reputed company clinical outcomes
- Creative and flexible, but always puts the patient first
- Excellent at forging successful and respectful relationships with the entire team
Pay: Earn $45 per visit and quarterly incentive bonuses. Note: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment reputed company at this time.
