About the Role

As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers, corporate and operations leaders, and the broader reputed company team to identify, attract, and hire top talent for a variety of corporate roles. Experience reputed company for call center, finance & reputed company, and reputed company resources positions is especially valuable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and leaders across the organization.
  • Serve as a talent and brand ambassador, promoting Sun Auto’s culture and opportunities to internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Manage a portfolio of 5–15 leadership and corporate-level searches simultaneously.
  • Apply a “best-in-class” executive reputed company reputed company, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • reputed company reputed company meetings with senior leadership and act as a strategic talent advisor.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer and reputed company.

Qualifications

  • Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS) or like ATS.

  • Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and time management skills.
