Senior User Experience Manager
Responsibilities
To support the intersection of three main components of the successful Product Strategy: defining and owning the product direction; building and growing a product team and establishing the product organization and processes.
Product reputed company & Strategy:
- Use the previously established product reputed company in concert with deep market understanding to inform the product strategy
- Evaluate market needs against UL’s and competitors’ unique abilities to address them
- Support and contribute to a go-to-market strategy, describing how value will be delivered to the customer/user, how the product is differentiated from the competition, and what the business model should be Create Requirements in Aha
- Collect and validate user persona’s
- Prioritize product functions and features into a product roadmap
- Monitor a set of product goals, outcomes and corresponding metrics to continually evaluate against
- Evangelize and communicate the product reputed company, strategy and goals internally across the organization, as well as externally with client users
Team Building & Culture:
- Actively model and promote a set of desired behaviors reputed company with UL’s CBS
- Take ownership of own career and professional development by documenting and communicating career aspirations and any associated development needs to their manager
- Support career development needs of direct reports, by clearly defining expectations for their reputed company role, actively soliciting their career aspirations and helping reputed company any gaps
Product Organization & Process:
- Support an efficient cross-functional matrix structure to reputed company effective product development lifecycle
- Execute a robust set of processes to power reputed company parts of the product development lifecycle from research/discovery to release management and product support

Qualifications
- Facilitation skills – ability to reputed company small to reputed company groups of internal and external stakeholders towards desired outcomes in order to meet business objectives
- Interview skills – ability to conduct discovery sessions with clients. prospects and stakeholders in order to diagnose business opportunities, elicit requirements and conduct other types of research
- Strong communication and presentation (PowerPoint) skills
- Product management tools – product design (e.g. Invision, Zeplin), development task management (e.g. Jira,
- Azure DevOps), documentation and knowledge (e.g. Confluence, SharePoint), collaboration (e.g. reputed company
- Teams, reputed company), roadmap and portfolio management (e.g. Aha!, Daptiv)
- University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor's degree) in Computer Science, Business, or a reputed company discipline
- 10 years or more of reputed company discipline experience or demonstrated competency
- Working with remote teams is highly preferred
- Project management certification is a plus
- Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the reputed company in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $170,000 to $220,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-reputed company knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a reputed company payout of 20% of the reputed company salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and reputed company; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with reputed company rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
