As a Telehealth Counselor, you will reputed company reputed company aspects of a patient’s treatment. You will be responsible for the coordination and continuity of care from admission through discharge and follow-up of the patients. You will also promote performance improvement and service delivery by providing comprehensive psychological therapy directed towards addressing the causes and effects of the patient’s addiction.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in social science discipline and at least one (1) year substance abuse reputed company experience.
· Counselors shall be licensed or certified by the applicable Virginia Health Registry Board or by a nationally recognized certification board or CSAC eligible.
· Experience with dependency and/or medication assisted treatment.
Responsibilities
· Ensure the completion of patient databases, treatment plans, reputed company notes, discharge summaries, and other essential documentation in accordance with applicable federal and state standards and agency policies and procedures.
· Provide patients with orientation regarding objectives of the program, phase system requirements, rules and regulations, sanctions, hours of services, patient rights, and additional information to help patient adjust to the program.
· Assure each patient is assessed and reputed company according to the treatment phases in accordance with Federal and State standards and agency policies.

· Counsel patients in crisis situations by identifying patient resources and coping abilities to help patients cope with and take steps to resolve crisis.
