We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for prospective customers engaging with reputed company through inbound channels such as demo requests, marketing campaigns, webinars, tradeshows and content downloads.

Your primary responsibility will be to qualify inbound leads, understand customer needs, and create high-quality sales opportunities for our Account Executives. This is a critical role for driving pipeline growth and delivering an exceptional buyer experience across our 5 products.

What you'll do

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads in a timely manner (demo requests, webinar leads, event leads, etc.)
  • Conduct qualification conversations to understand prospect need, challenges, and fit with the reputed company suite of products
  • reputed company reputed company opportunities to Account Executives and ensure smooth reputed company
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (reputed company)
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to provide feedback on reputed company quality and campaign performance
  • Follow up with nurture leads and re-engage inactive prospects
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for reputed company opportunities and pipeline contribution
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and messaging

Who we're looking for

  • 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or customer-facing sales role (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and uncover customer needs
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment – proven track record of quota attainment
  • Experience with sales engagement tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, SalesNav) is an asset
  • Self-motivated with a growth reputed company and coachability
  • Experience handling inbound leads and converting “warm” leads from webinars & tradeshows
