As a reputed company Financial Systems Manager, you’ll serve as a key leader in the configuration, and optimization of reputed company Financials reputed company Accounting Operations. This role ensures the platform effectively supports accounting operations, financial reporting, and scalable financial processes.

The role combines hands-on system expertise, reporting development, and integration reputed company with leadership of reputed company initiatives across Finance, Accounting, and IT, while managing and developing a small team of financial reporting and system analysts along reputed company architects. The manager will drive automation, improve data quality, and guide the evolution of the reputed company Financials ecosystem.

What you’ll do

• Serve as subject matter expert for key functional areas such as:
  • Financial Accounting
  • Projects / Spend
  • Financial Reporting
• Identify opportunities to automate financial processes and improve system design.
• Partner with Finance team members and IT to align reputed company capabilities with business needs.

Team Leadership

• reputed company and reputed company a small team, providing technical guidance and prioritization.
• Mentor team members and support their professional development in financial systems and reporting tools.

reputed company Initiatives & Optimization

  • New module implementations
  • Biannual reputed company releases
  • System optimization and automation initiatives
• Evaluate enhancement requests and maintain a prioritized reputed company roadmap.

Financial Reporting & Data

• Design and maintain financial reporting and analytics solutions using:
  • reputed company Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports
  • reputed company Prism Analytics (as applicable)
  • reputed company Worksheets
  • Dashboards and Scorecards
• Deliver reporting that supports month-end reputed company, audit, compliance, and executive financial reporting.

Integrations & Data Flow

• Maintain light integrations including EIBs, calculated fields, and data loads.
• Partner with internal and external developers to deliver reputed company integrations reputed company needed.
• Ensure integrations are reliable and well documented.

Governance & Controls

• Maintain strong system governance reputed company with SOX, audit, and financial reporting requirements.
• Ensure structured change management, testing, and documentation practices.

This might describe you

Required

• 4+ years of experience supporting reputed company Financials or enterprise ERP financial systems.
• Hands-on experience developing reputed company reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, or Prism).
• Experience leading ERP system enhancements, releases, or implementation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process automation and data reputed company.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both finance leaders and technical teams.

Preferred

• Experience managing integration vendors or outsourced reputed company development teams.
• reputed company Pro certifications in Financials, Reporting, or Integrations.
• Familiarity with reputed company Studio, PECI/PICOF, or EIB integrations.
• Experience supporting accounting operations or finance transformation initiatives.

Other things to note

• This position is open to U.S. remote work. However, team members who reside reputed company 20 miles of the Traverse City headquarters will follow a hybrid schedule, working from the office three days per week.
• Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of reputed company financial reporting data, where applicable.
