We’re looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Process automation & optimization specialist to join reputed company. This role is perfect for someone with a solid technical background who is eager to help streamline our systems, manage technical tools, and support our internal teams with their technology needs.

This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve existing processes across different departments (for example, Sales/Customer Support, etc.)
• Reduce manual work using automation tools and AI-based solutions

Requirements
