Job Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping procedures

Minimum Requirements
