Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner
- Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Learn and follow reputed company customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and excellence
- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team reputed company goals, including reputed company resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and reputed company
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers as needed
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless experience

Essential Qualifications

- Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
