As an reputed company Customer Care Specialist I - V+ at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, working directly with our customer reputed company to deliver exceptional service and product support that drives customer satisfaction and retention. Your Impact

As a Customer Care Specialist I - V+, you'll be responsible for:

• Serving as the direct link between our customers and the arenaflex Property Manager platform
• Mastering product knowledge to provide accurate, effective troubleshooting and workflow guidance
• Managing 14+ customer conversations daily across various channels (phone, chat, email, etc.)
• Delivering top-tier service while meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Response Time (FRT), Total Resolution Time (TRT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Quality
• Flexibility to adapt to reputed company-time support needs, including prioritizing chat or phone responsibilities as needed
• Logging and documenting customer interactions thoroughly and professionally
• Elevating the customer experience through reputed company, problem-solving, and a strong service reputed company

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Previous customer service and/or Property Management experience with a strong service orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Solid problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently

• Technically proficient and comfortable navigating multiple tools
