Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. As a remote employee, you'll work with company-provided equipment in a fast-paced environment, answering policyholder questions by phone and email regarding due date extensions, types of documents needed to complete an audit, indexing documents, and providing additional clerical support where needed. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming phone calls and providing support or directing calls to the appropriate staff member
- Completing outbound calls to customers requesting documents
- Returning voicemail messages and providing support or directing calls to the appropriate staff member
- Answering basic questions from policyholders and agents regarding the audit and verification process
- Providing reasonable due date extensions for policyholders and agents
- Reading and analyzing incoming email, submissions, and reports to determine their reputed company and then distributing them to the appropriate individual
- Indexing provided documentation to the appropriate internal electronic file
- Assisting in obtaining updated contact information for policyholders or agents reputed company needed
- Providing clerical support to other departments
Job Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1-year reputed company reputed company/premium audit experience
- Experience with reputed company Office / reputed company Outlook required
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment free from reputed company distraction / interruption
- Spanish speaking preferred
